Quinoa pops: a delicious and healthy snack
Some time ago I was at a party with a friend. It was very cozy and everyone had a great time. Suddenly, my girlfriend came up with a dish with a snack I had never eaten before: a quinoa doll.
Taste explosion
The tasty combination of puffed quinoa, cocoa, coconut oil, almond paste and maple syrup caused a real explosion of taste in my mouth. By the way, not only with me. I could also hear Mmm sounds among the other guests and the children. An original, tasty and healthy snack: I had to know all this.
Successful experiment
What turned out to be the case? My girlfriend was just the way I was experimenting and the quinoa pops were the delicious result. I asked her if I could share her find with the world, and she had no problem with it. So you’re lucky. 😉 Enjoy this easy-to-prepare and heavenly delicacy!
