Pierre Marcolini works with Iwc for many years, the love of excellence and technical know-how. The Belgian pastry chef, chocolatier and entrepreneur from Charleroi won the World Confectionery Championship at the age of 31. He then founded his own company. It currently has stores in 10 countries around the world.
