Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam is the Place where Fashion is celebrated

During the second AFW Studio edition, Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam will again take up its position as a fashion hub for designers. The hotel has been opening its doors to international fashion talent since the 18th century and is known as the place where fashion can be celebrated. Luxury brands such as Christian Dior, Rochas and Balmain were still emerging at the time, and the Victoria Hotel was the first and only hotel to accommodate this generation of designers.

Together with the Meester Koetsier Foundation and HTNK, the hotel is the foundation behind the Lichting talent program and annually organizes the press views and jury panel for young designers. The hotel also previously supported Hul le Kes’ show and Lizzy van der Ligt launched her new collection of Le Café Noir in collaboration with Holland Casino in the VIC’s BAR. In March, AFW and Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam once again join forces for a new edition.

For the March edition of AFW Studio, Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam is involved in preparations for AFW Studio and re-opens its doors to AFW press, and castings for shows such as G-Star RAW, De La Vali and the campaign shoot for O’Neill under creative guidance from Kimberley Jenneskens.

On March 7 and 8, Carstens Brasserie in the Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam offers a special vegetarian menu in addition to the normal menu. In addition, the VIC’s BAR serves an exclusive AFW cocktail between 5 and 8 March; the Raspberry Clover. So there is nothing to stop you sitting between the hustle and bustle of the shows with a cocktail in your hand and a view of the heart of Amsterdam.
