Letizia out of Spain: The Queen is recycling a skirt … already worn by two princesses!
Approved by a queen and two princesses: the least we can say is this skirt is a surefire thing! On February 17th, 2021 Letizia from Spain was in Madrid to present the scholarships for Spanish collaboration at the Palacio de Viana. The opportunity for Prince Felipe’s wife to come out her pastel blue pencil skirt Hugo Boss, a model named Vrima that she has had for several seasons.
The Queen of Spain is not the only one who relies on the elegance and modernity of this skirt, as it is also owned by two princesses in Northern Europe: Princess Maria of Denmark and Princess Sofia of Sweden. The first wore her Hugo Boss skirt with a polka dot blouse during a trip to Texas in March 2019. The second wore it three times between 2018 and 2019, sometimes in a totally pastel look, sometimes with a plaid coat (see slide show). So who is wearing that spring pencil skirt best?
Masked of course, Letizia of Spain has increased its official excursions since the beginning of the year, both inside the Zarzuela Palace and outside its walls. When her activities were suspended last January because of the Filomena storm, the 48-year-old former journalist has now resumed a steady pace of official engagements.
