IWC, the luxury watch brand, recently launched the “Time well shared” concept, where members of the IWC family, including brand ambassadors, share their passion and knowledge with the public. The goal is to awaken emotions in this time of uncertainty and isolation with inspiring and entertaining content.
Pierre Marcolini in his kitchen, who prepares two of his favorite recipes: milk chocolate mousse and passion fruit truffles. The chocolatier shares the recipes and gives viewers the opportunity to prepare desserts at home.
Pierre Marcolini has been working with IWC for many years and shares a love of excellence and technical know-how. The Belgian pastry chef, chocolatier and entrepreneur from Charleroi won the World Confectionery Championship at the age of 31. He then founded his own company. It currently has stores in 10 countries around the world.
