3 refreshing cocktail recipes for this summer

It is summer here, it is the return of sunny days and aperitifs on the terrace. To mark this occasion, we’ll give you three recipes of fruit-based cocktails for a refreshing moment.

What could be better than a good cocktail to relax after a summer day? And since we are very greedy, we try one of these recipes based on fruits to vary the pleasures.

When Orange Meets Pineapple

  • Ingredients100 ml orange juice, 50 ml lemon juice, 100 ml pineapple juice, 3 tbsp grenadine syrup, 20 ml sparkling water.
  • Preparation: Get the juice from all ingredients. Then mix them together and add the grenadine and the sparkling water. Mix one last time before adding a few ice cubes and serving.

  • An Apple Twists Mojito

  • Ingredients: a red apple, vodka, apple syrup and tonic.
  • Preparation: Start by cutting 1/4 of the apple into small pieces. Then place them in the bottom of a large glass, adding apple syrup before crushing it with a pestle. Pour 4 cl vodka and a few ice cubes into the same glass. Finally mix with tonic top and one last time with a spoon.

  • A small mocktail

  • Ingredients: 100g carrot juice, 40g raspberry juice, 15g pineapple juice, 30g yoghurt.
  • Preparation: Pour the fruit juices into a glass to order. Mix everything before pouring over the yoghurt. Finally, decorate with a slice of pineapple.
